Mark Vegh is a leadership development and communications specialist; he coaches leaders in leadership presence, impact and brand. He has more than 20 years wide-ranging, global sector experience working with senior executives of top tier organisations. These include: BG-Group, Shell, Premier Oil, Exelon, EY, KPMG, Bank of England, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Barclays, L&GIM, Mercer, Towers Watson, BBA, Ministry of Defence, Noonan, Compass Group, Bidvest Food Services, RM Education, Cambridge Education Group, ACCA, Lookers, Espresso House AB, Prospitalia GmBH, ICG, and a number of UK-based private equity houses including Sliverfleet Capital, Ventiga Private Equity, Origin Private Equity, Alchemy Partners.
Mark also facilitates senior leadership retreats and team-building events, and has helped many leadership teams define vision, purpose and the principles to create high performing teams. In addition, Mark prepares executives for all their key communication events, such as public-speaking forums and strategic kick-offs; he also coaches leadership teams of private equity-owned companies for ‘exits’ (including two ‘exits of the year’).
In 2012, Mark joined the GGI as a partner. At the GGI, his work spans one-to-one executive coaching, leadership development, senior team events and large scale culture change projects.
Prior to joining the GGI, Mark worked extensively in the field of leadership development: as a senior coach for the coaching company PPL for 8 years, and with AII and Steps, for 10 years, where he worked developing many 1000s of managers and leaders in the UK and overseas.
