About Us

Wayne is a partner of the Global Growth Institute and from 2007 until 2012 was the managing and international partner of the advisory arm of Best Companies, who produce the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies lists. He has a degree in economics.

Ashley Price is a Client Relationship Director of the Global Growth Institute based out of the UK and The Netherlands. She works alongside our colleague Rose in the Growth department. Together they develop and deepen new and existing relationships with organisations worldwide to aid their ambitions of creating high performance.

Rose Leach is the Client Relationship Director of the Global Growth Institute based out of the UK/Netherlands. She works alongside our colleague Ashley in the Growth department. Together they develop and deepen new and existing relationships with organisations worldwide to aid their ambitions of creating high performance.

Ismail Haznedar is a Strategist and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Fellow Member of Strategic Planning Society (SPS).  

Presently he is President of GAIN Global, an Angel Investing Network, and Managing Director of Stratejik Isler, a management consultancy company based in Istanbul, Turkey.  

Based out of The Netherlands, Erin is a strategy and employee engagement specialist who works with organisations from SME to large scale combining her Social Therapist and B2B experience.   

Shan has over 12 years experience operating at Executive/Board level as a Human Resources Director with experience spanning different industry sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Defence and Services.  

 Paul is a Health and Wellbeing Specialist with a background in Occupational Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Social Marketing. He has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals and organisations improve their health, enhance their performance and work together more effectively.  

 Emma graduated with a BSc (hons) in Earth Sciences at Liverpool John Moores University, prior to embarking upon a career within recruitment. In more recent years she moved into Further Education, as Head of Sales and Recruitment, developing a recruitment function for the Apprenticeships Unit at The Manchester College.  

Dr. Emad Fodah has been involved in training, coaching and consulting for more than 20 years with the intention of dramatically increasing profit, productivity, and the performance of people. Emad is also an approved iLm trainer. Emad is a trained leader working in the field of Accelerated Human Change, helping people achieves their dreams.

Davaasuren works as The GGI's Mongolian Partner and promotes the World Class Mongolia programme across the country and Asia. Davaa is also the Founder & CEO at Gurun Educational Academy LLC. Working alongside Stanford University the GEA provides education for the future leaders of Mongolia.
