Rose Leach is the Client Relationship Director of the Global Growth Institute based out of the UK/Netherlands. She works alongside our colleague Ashley in the Growth department. Together they develop and deepen new and existing relationships with organisations worldwide to aid their ambitions of creating high performance. 

Previously she worked as Client Development Executive for Best Companies, the company that produces the UK’s Sunday Times best companies to work for lists. Overseeing the participation of 4 Sunday Times Best Companies lists and Best Companies Accreditation standard. During her time at Best Companies she helped organise and run complex events for some of the biggest names in the UK’s retail, manufacturing, financial and not for profit sectors, delivering group facilitation and assisting organisations in setting their strategic goals. 

Along with the individual organisation events, she created and delivered a number of large scale conferences for over 300 clients to come together in sharing best practice and listen to a number of guest speakers. 

She began her career in the Hospitality industry, working at one of the most prestigious hotels in Chester for over 11 years progressing through various positions.
